In this course, we bring mindfulness to emotional healing.
Past events can make an impact on our emotions - hurt, wounds, pain, abuse and more.
Our emotions remain vulnerable to demands, rejection and personal guilt.
We can also give ourselves a hard time through loss, change and disappointment.
This course will offer mindfulness short talks on the theme, guided meditations and practices for daily life.
Tips, suggestions and reminders will also be available.
Participants will have an opportunity to share experiences (anonymously) and ask questions.
